Business Insurance

Commercial coverage for owners who can't afford a gap.

We place general liability, commercial property, and package policies for property owners, contractors, retail, and hospitality operators across the East Coast region — shopping each account across the carriers that actually want that class of risk.

General Liability

Third-party bodily injury and property damage — the coverage your landlord, your lender, and your municipality will all ask to see proof of.

  • Premises and operations liability
  • Products and completed operations
  • Personal and advertising injury
  • Additional insured endorsements

Commercial Property

Buildings, tenant improvements, equipment, and inventory — insured at values that reflect what it would actually cost to rebuild and restock.

  • Building and contents
  • Tenant improvements and betterments
  • Business income and extra expense
  • Equipment breakdown

Business Owner's Policy

Liability and property packaged together for small and mid-sized operations — usually the most efficient way to cover a single-location business.

  • Retail and service businesses
  • Offices and professional practices
  • Restaurants and food service
  • Contractors and trades

Habitational & Multi-Family

Apartment buildings, mixed-use property, and multi-family holdings — including the liability exposures that come with commercial tenants.

  • Apartment and multi-family buildings
  • Mixed-use commercial property
  • Holding companies and LLC-owned property
  • Loss of rental income

Hospitality & Assembly Risk

Venues, lounges, and event spaces carry exposures most agencies won't touch. We place this business and we know what underwriters will ask for.

  • Restaurants, lounges, and bars
  • Event and banquet venues
  • Liquor liability
  • Assault and battery considerations

Commercial Auto & Workers' Comp

Vehicles titled to the business and the employees who drive them need commercial coverage — a personal auto policy will not respond.

  • Owned and hired commercial vehicles
  • Non-owned auto liability
  • Workers' compensation
  • Disability benefits (NY DBL)

Need a COI? Request it online.

Landlords, general contractors, venues, lenders, and city agencies all want proof of coverage — usually on short notice. Send us the details and we'll issue the certificate from the office.

Tell us the certificate holder, the address, and any specific limits or additional-insured wording the request calls for. If you have the request letter or contract page, send that too — it's faster than describing it.
